Preorders

PawMap clearly identifies preorder products before payment. The tracker price is charged when the preorder is placed. The displayed dispatch date is an estimate rather than a guarantee. If that estimate changes materially, PawMap will contact the customer and offer the choice to continue waiting or request cancellation and a refund before dispatch.

Connectivity

Every PawMap tracker requires the monthly or annual connectivity plan selected at checkout. For preorders, the first connectivity charge is scheduled for the displayed expected launch date; it then renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled.

Consumer rights

These terms do not restrict statutory rights. Final company identity, contact, delivery, cancellation, returns, warranty and privacy information must be reviewed and completed before live payments are enabled.
